An Easter message from our Bishop
So, listen on this Easter morning for Jesus’ summons to us: “Come out!” And then leave behind the darkness of our graves of refusals and self-deceptions, and welcome the light of God’s new day.

The Convocation joins the wider Christian world in mourning the passing of His Beatitude Ilia II, Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia. His long and faithful leadership of the Georgian Orthodox Church, his defense of the church during the years of Soviet domination and his determination to revive the church in a free Georgia, are an inspiration.
Lent is upon us. Despite its reputation, it is our great season of opportunity—of spiritual opportunity. It is the one chance we get, barely ten percent of each year we are given in this life, to intentionally address the health of our relationship with God—and with God’s hope for how we will live the life that has been given to us.
