As a growing, vibrant, Church on the Move, the Convocation needs a way to organize its events, registrations, and give our members a way to connect with which other, digitally. We organize ourselves using ChurchCenter, our digital home. Sometimes ChurchCenter is referred to as PlanningCenter by coordinators and admins, but they are the same platform!

When we plan our events, especially those which need registrations, we host these through ChurchCenter. If you would like to attend one of our events, you will be asked to complete a profile.
ChurchCenter also acts as a central planning place for you, where you can see what you’ve registered for, opportunities to register family or household members for events, and sync to a calendar of your own.

We also use ChurchCenter for our grant application processes. Through this platform, all basic grant request data is captured, supporting documents attached and the entire package sent in one step to the responsible reviewing committee.
In order to support our Ministry Initiatives and other working groups, which often find themselves spread across Europe (or even the globe), we have created digital Groups to serve as working spaces to better enable to their missions. Within these spaces members can interact with each other, share documents, plan and hold meetings and work on their projects.
